Singer Vehicle Design completed its first custom build from its DLS Turbo programme, with a Porsche 911.
This was so good that the owner has nicknamed it ‘Sorcerer’.
Finished off in Fantasia Blue paint with Champagne magnesium wheels, it’s certainly casting a spell over all of us.
And that’s before we even get to the enchanting interior.

This Porsche 911 is a work of magic, thanks to Singer
Are you familiar with the work of Singer Vehicle Design?
If not, it’s definitely time to get acquainted with the company’s high-end restomods.
The California company was set up in 2009 and has built up a reputation for restoring and modernizing Porsche 911s with bespoke engineering and design.

Its DLS Turbo is a continuation of that work, combining classic styling choices with modern performance capabilities.
The DLS Turbo has presented its first customer build – a Porsche 911 – Type 964 – now dubbed Sorcerer by its owner.
“With DLS Turbo, we wanted to celebrate the 911’s evolution as an icon on both road and track and to explore the possibilities offered by turbocharging the remarkable engine developed through the DLS program,” Singer’s founder, Rob Dickinson, said.

“Each car is a collaboration with our clients around the world, and DLS Turbo services are our most ambitious yet.”
This particular car was made by Porsche more than 30 years ago.
Singer disassembled it down to its chassis and restored it.

The engine combined water-cooled cylinder heads with air-cooled cylinders, producing more than 700hp.
Sorcerer’s body is carbon fiber, with a large rear wing and a deep front spoiler.
On the inside, a custom interior trim of Pebble Grey leather and Pearl Grey Alcantara with Champagne piping comes together beautifully with satin carbon fibre.

At risk of sounding cliched, it’s magical.

We love looking at restomods
It’s always really awesome to see a restomod – it feels like getting a real insight into someone’s creative vision.
That was certainly the case with Dutchmann’s 993 Porsche, made in honor of the 911.
Two restomods took center stage at the 2025 New York Auto Show, and it’s easy to see why.
And the work of Aerfal Automotive speaks for itself.
