Alex Hirschi – aka Supercar Blondie – just sold her incredible villa on Billionaire’s Row in Dubai for a record price.

The real estate market in Dubai breaks another record

Considering how high the bar is set in Dubai, breaking real estate records in the city is no small feat.

Supercar Blondie’s villa just sold for AED 88,000,000 – equivalent to USD $24 million – and that’s the highest price per square foot ever recorded for a villa of this type.

This incredible milestone reflects a constant surge in demand for Dubai’s luxury homes as international buyers look for real estate opportunities either as a form of investment, or because they choose the city as their home.

Inside the multimillion-dollar villa

Our tour of the villa begins with a super-sized entrance hall, an equally large living room and lounge area, and a handy home office.

Moving on, you find a large dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows and of course a fully fitted kitchen.

The villa comes with its very own cinema, complete with reclining seats, and a special ceiling that’s dotted with ‘star lights’, similar to those you’d find inside a Rolls-Royce.

There are seven bedrooms on the second floor, each complete with Gessy-designed en-suite bathrooms, built-in closets and access to outdoor balconies overlooking the swimming pool.

Speaking of which, the pool area also comes with a fire pit and seating area.

The villa is located in the coveted Billionaire’s Row area of Dubai, which has plenty to offer, including a couple of top-notch golf courses, several fine-dining restaurants, and other amenities.
