It’s Spotify Wrapped season, which means you know the end of the year is near, but forget just having a round-up of the songs that you’ve blasted, it’s time for your EV statistics, thanks to the new Tesla Charging Passport.

This clever feature, available within the Tesla app, lets owners view their year on the road, like charging statistics and trip lengths.

The brand has been no stranger to sharing new releases lately, with affordable trims of models announced earlier this year.

Now, though, this new addition could really give EV drivers insight into how much they’ve saved compared to using gas.

Tesla launches the Charging Passport to see 2025 out with a bang

A new type of end-of-year review has been launched by EV giant Tesla for drivers to see what milestones they have achieved throughout the year.

The clever feature shows owners ways that they used the Supercharging network, but that’s not all.

The Charging Passport shows you which Supercharger sites you’ve visited in the form of a detailed map, and even allocates badges to those who have visited ‘iconic sites or reached charging milestones’.

Other data you can access includes: longest trip, favorite superchargers, miles added, and fuel savings.

Yes, the manufacturer really has thought of everything.

There’s also a very large prize for nine lucky owners

Aside from those special badges, there’s a huge prize for nine people who have used the Charging Passport feature.

For as long as they own their trusty EV, they’ll be in receipt of free Supercharging, but there’s a catch.

Users have to be in the top three of three categories.

These consist of: the highest total energy charged in 2025, measured in kWh; the highest number of unique Supercharger sites visited in 2025; and the longest distance between Superchargers visited in 2025.

To view the exciting information, you will need a Tesla app with the 4.51.5 version or later; you must have used a minimum of three unique Supercharger sites, and have a vehicle with the software version 2021.4425 or later.

You also needed Charge Stats enabled and access to the vehicle in the app.

A whole heap of free charging is at stake, so we advise you to check your Charging Passport as soon as possible.
