These are some of the craziest and most unusual RC models in the world.

6. Star Wars pod racers
Kicking off this list are these awesome little tri-copters inspired by spaceships from the Star Wars franchise.
As seen on Missing Files, these pod racers have a T-shaped carbon fiber frame, two foam exteriors, and a cockpit that trails behind.
The cockpit actually serves as a tail rotor that provides down thrust too.
Finished with LED lights, these little tri-copters not only fly well but they look unreal.
5. Yamato battleship
This beautifully crafted RX model is almost an exact replica of the 1941 battleship that was sunk by US planes during its mission to Okinawa, Japan in WW2.
The 30-inch scale model has a hand-laid wooden deck, fiber glass hull, and even little gun turrets that rotate.
It’s powered by four individual 540 engines, making it fully functional when it enters the water.
4. SR-71 Blackbird
This RC model aircraft weighs in at 85 pounds and measures 13 feet in length.
It was built from scratch by a man named Lance Campbell after he saw the real thing at a museum and it took him a total of nine years to build.
Powered by a pair of JetCat 140 RXI turbines, this RC model not only looks like the real thing, but it’s powerful too.
3. Redcat Camo X4
The Redcat Camo is a hyper-realistic RC rock racer.
The 1:10 scale model has a mini cockpit and even a little driver behind the wheel.
It’s got a full roll cage, rear sway bar, rear suspension, and off-road tires, meaning it can go just about anywhere.
This RC model is powered by a 330KV RC 540 engine, making it an absolute speed demon.
2. Flytec Crocodile boat
This RC racing boat looks just like a real-life crocodile in the water.
It’s made using hyper-realistic resin material and actually simulates the speed and movement of real crocodiles.
Made in Australia, the Flytec crocodile boat can be used to ward off unwanted animals from your backyard pond or pool.
It might also come in handy to ward off nosy neighbors.
1. Kalinin K-7 RC
The Kalinin K-7 RC is based on an experimental aircraft designed back in the 1930s.
The jumbo jet had a wing span of 170 feet and weighed 54,000 pounds.
It was so big it needed seven engines just to get it off the ground.
The aircraft has now been brought back to life in the form of an RC model by a man called Tomas Minder and it’s an absolute beast.
