This is the heart-stopping moment a tow truck flips while carrying a $100,000 Hummer

In footage captured on a nearby dash cam, the tow truck is seen driving down a busy highway when it turns a corner and loses its balance.

It starts to wobble before totally losing its stability and flipping over.

The truck barely misses falling on top of a white pickup truck as it falls.

The tow truck eventually crashes onto its side, smashing the Hummer against the bitumen.

When the truck hits the gutter, it flips over and crashes onto its other side.

This means both sides of the Hummer are now smashed too.

The crash ends with both the tow truck and Hummer lying flat on their side in the middle of the highway.

When the footage was posted to CrashDashes online, people were shocked the driver destroyed both sides of the Hummer in one go.

“He managed to lay the vehicle on both mirrors in one pop, neat trick,” one man said.

While some praised the driver for strapping the Hummer down so well that it didn’t fly off, others said the crash was caused due to poor positioning of the Hummer.

“Another lazy driver trying to save time by not repositioning the vehicle,” one man said.

“He knows damn well that car was too heavy to be loaded that high on the trailer,” another said.

It’s the second crash to go viral this week, after footage of a Kia Soul being catapulted into the air.

The dash cam footage shows a wheel flying off a Chevrolet Silverado in the middle of a busy highway, and in front of a passing Kia Soul.

The wheel acts almost as a ramp and launches the little Kia about 10 feet in the air.
