This viral Cheetah car has shocked the internet, but the truth isn’t as exotic as you would have hoped.
The car did the rounds online after an expert shared a property that he was interested in.
Avid gearheads spotted that it had an uncanny resemblance to a super-rare vehicle.
But, it couldn’t be further from the truth, and one car expert confirmed all.

This viral Cheetah car looks unreal, but all is not as it seems
We get it, exotic car finds are rare, and when they happen, it’s exciting for everyone.
However, sometimes things aren’t quite as they seem, which is exactly what this guy found out.
You see, it all started when TikTok realtor Jered Jones shared a house-hunting video.
But the attention wasn’t on the house, but rather a car in the backyard, which was incredibly overgrown and overrun with nature.

The car captured gearheads’ attention far and wide, with many speculating that the car was in fact a Cheetah, but they couldn’t have been more wrong.
The car was thought to be a rare Bill Thomas Cheetah, of which only a small number were ever built.
“I don’t know much about cars,” confessed the TikTok creator.
But the guy who previously owned the house revealed all.
“Supposedly, this was handmade,” he said.
But even after the explanation, car enthusiasts weren’t all that convinced.
When taking a closer peek at the viral Cheetah car, sadly, some aspects didn’t match up, including the roofline and door handles.

One car expert later confirmed that it simply isn’t an authentic Cheetah, which proved everyone’s suspicions correct.
Instead, ‘it’s a Cheetah-ish kit car of some kind,’ they said.
But hey, at least the thought was there, right?
This isn’t the only unusual car find that we’ve come across
Some vehicles like to follow a rather unconventional road when it comes to modifying and building cars.
Some car enthusiasts prefer model kits or even blending models and makes together.
For example, meet the Jerrari, which is an unusual hybrid Jeep-Ferrari commissioned by an experienced collector.
Plus, we bet you haven’t heard of the 1972 VW ‘Boonie Bug’, which, thanks to its unique features, may be one of the weirdest Facebook Marketplace finds ever.
