We’re just going to gloss over the fact that this amazing classic may literally be above an LA cop paygrade because it’s just so cool.

The car was also featured in both sequels and we certainly want it in the fourth film.

By popular demand, essentially.

The first Rush Hour film was a box office hit and the two sequels fared even better.

All three films became cult classics and fans have been waiting for a sequel for so long.

And now, after 15 years after Rush Hour 3 came out, martial arts star Jackie Chan has confirmed Rush Hour 4 is in the works.

What’s crazy is Jackie Chan, who’ll turn 69 next year, also confirmed he’s still going to do his own stunts.

“As a stunt guy you can get hit every day,” Chan said. “[But] it doesn’t matter”.

About the Rush Hour franchise

The first Rush Hour flick was one of those movies that ends up overperforming against all odds.

Expectations for the first film were low.

Even Jackie Chan said he thought it would flop.

But it didn’t, and the trilogy ended up grossing nearly $900 million worldwide.
