This luxury residential tower in New York City is sweetening the deal for potential buyers.

One United Nations Park in Midtown East is throwing in $50,000 worth of air services to anyone who buys one of its four remaining penthouses.

That’s $50,000 towards private jets, seaplanes, and helicopter rides.

Now the mega-wealthy can avoid traffic when escaping the city to their Hamptons estate on the weekend, taking a private seaplane instead.

The luxury residential tower on First Avenue partnered with BLADE to offer the credit which, by the way, never expires.

The management group behind the decision said it was almost a necessity considering the lifestyle their clientele enjoyed.

Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group’s Tricia Hayes Cole said the deal with BLADE “makes sense now more than ever”.

“We anticipate finding buyers who will recognize not only the opportunity to live in a beautiful and expansive penthouse residence overlooking the East River, but also have access to BLADE’s various means of air travel options right at their fingertips,” she said.

“With more buyers seeking homes that offer seamless transportation options as they continue to split their time between New York City and other residential destinations like Aspen, Miami and the Hamptons.”

The partnership with BLADE not only benefits those who buy a penthouse in the building, but every other owner too.

Everyone who buys at One United Nations Park is automatically eligible for discounted prices.

And when you live in New York City, that’s no small thing.

The city is known for its congested traffic, especially to and from the airport, so getting a super cheap helicopter to the airport is a pretty sweet deal.

$50,000 bonus aside, this residence speaks for itself.

The 43-story tower has 148 condos overlooking the water – with prices starting at $2.35 million.

There are four penthouses remaining, with prices starting at $8,995,000.
