This is the Bugatti Bolide, which is arguably the most extreme Bugatti hypercar ever created, and that’s saying something.

But there’s more, because this is actually the fastest car in the world.

The Bugatti Bolide was first unveiled way back in 2021 as a concept car.

Bugatti wasn’t planning to build one, but the car was received with such enthusiasm from both car collectors and fans, they decided to take it one step further.

Essentially, Bugatti decided to engineer a production model by popular demand.

We can totally see why.

It looks tremendous.

Under the carbon fiber body beats Bugatti’s signature ‘heart’.

The engine in question is a 8.0-liter quad-turbo W16, sending 1,850 horsepower to the rear wheels via a 7-speed manual (!) gearbox.

More importantly, the Bolide can accelerate from standstill to 60 mph (97 km/h) in just 2.17 seconds, and can reach a top speed of 500 km/h – or 311 mph.

This is by far the fastest Bugatti ever created.

Production will be limited to 40 units only, and the first deliveries are scheduled for early 2024.

The price is prohibitive but, as you can imagine, it is not the only reason why only a few collectors will be able to buy one.

The whopping $4.3 million price tag is nothing to sneeze at, but showing up at Bugatti’s door with pockets full of cash isn’t enough.

Buyers need to be approved by the company in order to buy a Bolide.

For that reason, we’re now wondering whether Cristiano Ronaldo has ordered one or not.

After all, he is one of only ten people who were ‘allowed’ to buy the Bugatti Centodieci.
