Conor McGregor has shown off his new $2.64m addition to his car collection, and it’s a real beauty.

As one of the biggest UFC fighters in the world, you can imagine that McGregor has plenty of cash to splash.

Like many celebrities, he likes to treat himself to cars.

The newest member of his collection is a modern take on a classic and it’s as striking as it is expensive.

Which car has Conor McGregor added to his collection?

Before this newest add-on, McGregor had already racked up quite the impressive assortment of cars.

The 36-year-old is the proud of owner of a fleet of Lamborghinis, Rolls-Royces and Bentleys.

Given that he’s estimated to have earned around $650 million, it’s no wonder he’s gained a reputation for owning expensive cars.

Enter his latest ride – the Lamborghini Countach LPI 800-4.

The Countach was unveiled on social media, when McGregor shared a snap of himself perched on the car’s hood.

This car is a perfect tribute to its predecessor.

With its glossy white exterior and red leather interior, you could imagine this car winding its way up the coast of France with 1980s music blaring.

The 6.5 V12 is connected to a 48-volt electric engine, generating more than 802HP.

It can reach top speeds of 221mph and reach 60mph in a jaw dropping 2.8 seconds.

How McGregor’s fans reacted to his $2.64m purchase

McGregor’s fans had a lot to say about the Countach.

One wrote: “Sickest car in the game.”

“Countach looks insane,” another gushed.

Some likened McGregor to the main character out of The Wolf of Wall Street, whilst others said he looked straight out of Miami Vice.

That former reference is down to the fact that the Countach appeared in the 2013 movie.

The iconic car even went up for auction, but unfortunately didn’t sell.

No matter how you split it, he and the car looked cool together.

It doesn’t hurt that they went matchy-matchy with the white.
