Pop singer Jason Derulo might sing about Ridin’ Solo, but cabin crew was definitely involved when he bought himself a $40M private jet after a lifelong wait – however, one detail ruined the whole dream.
Jason Derulo has ‘been around the world, don’t speak the language,’ in his new $40 million private jet, but you would’ve thought for a price tag as big as that, he would’ve got this little problem sorted.
It’s definitely a case of champagne problems, but if you’re going to spend a lot of money on flying private, it shouldn’t be too much for him to get this rectified.
The singer bought the private plane after announcing that he was launching an affordable private plane line about ten years ago.

One detail ruins the $40M private jet lifelong dream for Jason Derulo
There’s no one that Jason Derulo loves more than Jason Derulo, and the celeb singer’s celebrations of achieving a lifelong dream and getting his own $40M private jet were quickly cut short when he tried to listen to his own song.
Even though he had put in the hard graft of buying his private jet to get around, he was left disappointed by the surround sound speakers on his jet when he wanted to treat himself to a listen of one of his songs.
The low-quality speakers completely ruined the vibe of Derulo’s song You DJ, I’ll Drive and sounded spotty and poor quality.
@jasonderulo POV you waited your whole life to be able to spend $40 million on a plane and THIS is what the speakers sound like… 🤦🏾♂️

“Been around the world, don’t speak the language”
Despite having a lifelong dream to own his own private jet, Jason Derulo announced back in 2015 that he was starting his own ‘affordable private jet’ company.
This announcement came after the singer was removed from a public flight after causing some unspecified ‘ruckuses’ at the gate, forcing him to charter a private plane.
Perhaps to make his private jet more affordable, Derulo skimped on the quality of the speakers?
