This man traveled more than 65 miles from Palm Beach, Florida to the Bahamas on a jet ski.

Emmanuel, the host of YouTube channel iBelongOutdoors, took his 100,000 subscribers along for the ride on this extraordinary journey.

Maintaining a speed of between 19 and 20 miles per hour, Emmanuel and his pal Lee made the journey on their Sea-Doo Fishpros.

It’s certainly less conventional than catching a flight or a ferry – but is it more convenient?

Making the trip from Palm Beach to the Bahamas on a jet ski

As Emmanuel’s YouTube channel name suggested, he enjoys being outdoors and out at sea.

In fact, he’s even written a book on the topic – Miami to Bimini: How to cross the ocean on a PWC.

After all, it’s a pretty unusual way to travel, right?

We’ve been hearing a lot about different ways of globetrotting lately, whether it be the $19 trillion tunnel between London and New York, or crossing the Atlantic on an hour flight.

So, is a jet ski to the Bahamas really so strange?

Well, it’s daring, that’s for sure.

With his jet ski loaded up with food, life jackets and clothes, Emmanuel and Lee headed out to sea.

But as it turned out, it wasn’t his first rodeo.

“This is my third time taking a Sea Doo to the Bahamas,” he told his followers.

“I’m taking you guys along for the ride.”

It was a bumpy ride, but it was a stunning day.

There was barely a cloud in the sky, and the Caribbean sun was shining bright.

What happened when they reached their destination?

Emmanuel and Lee eventually reached Blue Marlin Marina, where they needed to check in.

Unfortunately, there were no immigration officers on site, so they had to travel an additional five miles to Old Bahama Bay to find some.

“Major bummer, but we’re going to get it done,” Emmanuel lamented.

Once all of the legal stuff was done and dusted, it was time for the duo to enjoy their vacation.

The Airbnb was well worth the trip, which was 80 miles in total.

We don’t know about you, but this has us reconsidering our travel plans for the future.

Maybe jet skis are the way to go?

But whatever you do, don’t do what this guy did when he wrecked his Peugeot 208 trying to launch his jet ski, or what this Tesla Cybertruck owner did when his truck ended up fully submerged in water.

It wasn’t pretty.
