This crash looks like it was choreographed by the Fast and Furious stunt director.

In the footage, you can see a runaway wheel flying off a Chevrolet Silverado on a busy highway in Los Angeles, California.

The wheel flies across the road and in front of a passing Kia Soul, catapulting the little car into the air.

The footage, captured on a Tesla driver’s dash cam, shows traffic flowing normally along the highway.

But just as the Kia driver nears the Chevrolet pickup truck, the truck’s wheel flies off and rolls straight underneath the Kia.

The wheel acts as a ramp for the Kia, and it flies at least 10 feet into the air.

It flips in the air and comes crashing down on its roof.

The force of the crash landing flips it right-side up again and it eventually comes to stop in the middle of the highway.

The rogue tire responsible for the crash then returns, rolling up behind the Kia almost in pursuit of it.

The Tesla driver, who caught it all on camera, said his autopilot actually swerved to avoid the tire during its path of destruction.

And according to the Tesla driver, the person behind the wheel of the Kia Soul was able to walk away unharmed.

It’s astonishing considering what just happened to them.

While we can’t know why the Silverado’s wheel flew off, it was likely due to a lug nut failure.

The video racked up thousands of replies on Twitter, with people unsurprisingly shocked by the “real-life Hollywood-level accident”.

“OMG, that’s insane. That tire had a vendetta! Came back for more at the end,” one woman said.

Another also commented on the tire’s return, saying “the disrespect by the tire to come back at the end to hit him one more time was just unnecessary”.
