The 2025 Ford Mustang GT has become a very popular muscle car this year.
It’s also the only remaining muscle car in America that possesses a V8 engine.
One man was a certified 2025 Ford Mustang GT hater, despite never having owned or even driven one.
But he very quickly changed his mind when he bought one for himself.

The American muscle car market has quickly become quite a barren place.
Dodge retired its beloved Charger and Challenger models as everyone knew them.
And Chevrolet decided to bin its iconic offering, the Camaro, with no successor in sight.
This situation has kind of left Ford flying the muscle car mast for America.

Its iconic offering, the Mustang, is a much-changed car from what it once was.
The Mustang now comes with either a four-cylinder, EcoBoost engine or a V6 offering.
However, the Mustang GT maintains the power-hungry lineage of the iconic marque.
The GT variant is powered by a 5.0-liter Coyote V8, which produces 480HP.
It powers the Mustang GT to a top speed of around 155MPH, as well as a 0-60 time of 4.6 seconds.
And this GT package was enough to make a vocal critic do a complete 180.
Nakia Hester runs a YouTube channel called BREW2L.
He also used to be an extremely vocal critic of the Mustang GT.

But despite being a certified critic, he decided to buy one for himself to try it out.
And the car was so good that it made him completely change his mind.
Nakia’s Ford currently has 23,000 miles on the clock, a testament to his change of view.
“I didn’t know these cars ran like that. I did not give enough respect to the Coyote,” he admitted in a video.
“How the hell does it drive like that? It blew my mind, I’m impressed,” he concluded.
And that, to us, really says it all – simply giving the Mustang GT a chance was enough to change his mind.
