Christie's auction, 128 Patek Philippe watches - hero image

Christie’s will offer 128 Patek Philippe watches during three separate auction events in the Spring set to take place in Geneva, Hong Kong and New York.

The craziest part is that all 128 pieces belong to the same collector.

The collection, dubbed the Kairos Collection, will take place in Geneva on May 9 (30 pieces), Hong Kong on May 24 (30 pieces) and New York on June 9 (68 pieces).

Patek Philippe, along with Vacheron Constantin and Audemars Piguet, is part of the “Holy Trinity of Watchmaking” because these three brands are regarded as the most influential Swiss brands in the watch world.

This collection is priceless, partly because Patek Philippe is one of the world’s most coveted watch brands at the moment, and also because some of these pieces are ultra-rare.

Hard to make predictions but it’s fair to say that the least expensive piece will definitely fetch more than $50,000-100,000, and the most expensive piece will likely hit a million dollars or more.

The Kairos Collection also includes a number of “extremely rare” Rolexes and an “exceptionally rare” Cartier watch.
