The most expensive home in Utah is a gem located in the heart of Park City Resort.

Not only is it beautiful, it is also a masterclass in high tech and architecture.

Let’s start with the good stuff.

The home is equipped with something called the ‘Darwin Home Wellness Intelligence Network’.

The domotic system regulates everything from air and water filters to ambient light to deliver the best possible level of air quality, water quality and lighting.

CHECK THIS OUT!

For example, it can automatically dim and adjust lights and monitors if it gets too bright or too dark.

It also monitors oxygen quality and automatically filters pollutants from the air and impurities from the running water.

The 17,575 square foot manse includes six bedrooms, eight full bathrooms, and three half-bathrooms.

In addition to that, it also has a wellness spa with a gym, a basketball court and a bowling alley.

Hold on because there’s more, it also has a salt room, hot tub, cold plunge pool, massage room, and an infrared sauna.

And did we mention the Turkish bath?

Most luxury homes of this caliber follow the same design language as they’re often designed to look like Italian villas or a French château.

They often end up looking impersonal and sort of cold.

This one’s a bit different because it combines the best of both world with modern tech and materials as well as unique warm touches.

The Utah mansion was actually sold for $42 million less than a year ago and it is now for sale again.

It is available from Zillow for exactly $50 million.
