Did you know that America’s sweetheart Sydney Sweeney is making classic cars cool again?
The actress has a strong passion for all things automotive, particularly classic cars.
Specifically, she has a love for Ford and isn’t afraid of putting in a bit of the hard work herself.
She even purchased a very special passion project of her own.

Many celebrities love cars and planes – that’s hardly a surprise.
For example, Patrick Dempsey, best known for his role in Grey’s Anatomy, has a huge car collection that makes his McDreamy days look slow-paced.
Zac Efron has an impressive fleet of cars, including brands such as Tesla, Mustang, and Audi.
But, just wait until you see where this Hollywood actor is heading with her own car collection.
Aside from being a star of the silver screen, Sydney Sweeney also has a passion for classic cars and restoration.
Sydney has a TikTok account that she uses to document her restoration projects, from partnerships with car brands to even getting her hands dirty on her own Bronco.
Aptly named Syd’s Garage , the star has shared how she was working her dream vintage car – a 1969 Ford Bronco in a bright red color.
But the best part? She completed most of it herself, including sorting the rear suspension, making a new hood latch, and removing the front axle.
Once the project was drivable and complete, it was even put on display at the eBay Motors Auto Parts Show.
She has also previously worked with Ford on customizing a 2024 Ford Mustang GT.
Other cars in her collection are – reportedly – a Fiat Jolly and a Ford Mustang called Britney.
She’s not the first celeb to dip their toes into the world of mechanics either.
Music star Post Malone recently commissioned a pair of custom Ford trucks with wildly different styles to celebrate an album.
Plus, Country star Scotty McCreery got to design his very own tour bus, and it’s so nice that he doesn’t like to get off of it.
Online, fans were impressed with Sydney’s passion away from the big screen.
“This is so so incredible, how did you get started with this hobby? It’s so interesting,” said one social media user.
“You’re so cool and talented,” commented another.
“This is impressive,” quipped someone else.
